Thomas Davies c.1837 +/- 3 years from Wellington 1841 William Davies 40 clockmaker, Elizabeth 35, Frances 11, Nathaniel 9, Sarah 5, THOMAS 2, address Dark Lane, all born Shropshire (1841 doesn't give any more detail of birthplace, adult ages rounded down to nearest 5 years) or Richard Davies 30 lime miner, Mary 29, John 11 lime miner, William 9, THOMAS 7, Richard 5, George 4, Emanuel 2, address Street Lane, all born Shropshire. or Henry Haynes 40 labourer, Elizabeth Haynes 40, Mary Davies 15, William Davies 12, Richard Davies 9, THOMAS Davies 7, Lawley Common, all born Shropshire. or John Davies 40, agricultural labourer, Martha 40, THOMAS 5, Lawley Common, all born Shropshire. There aren't any Thomas Davies 1837 +/- 3 years on Dawley 1851. Can't find a Jane Evans c.1840 on any of the transcriptions I have but none actually cover the Shifnal area.

could you have a look for Thomas Davies born abt 1837 born sometimes kettley sometimes Shifnal usually reg area is Wellington, would love to know his maw and paw and any siblings. If its not too greedy could you check out Jane evans born abt 1840 Shifnal, her Mother was Mary Evans born about 1796, dont know Father or siblings. If not thanks anyway but any info would be great.

Not a lot of Walkers in Dawley 1851 11 Dawley Green, Emma 12 servant born Newark, Notts 131 Pottery, Matha 31 lodger labourer in brickworks born Wenlock, Mary 14 lodger pit girl Dawley 34 Horsehay, George 21 lodger, no occ given, Dawley 48 Frame Lane, William 26 waggoner Dawley, Ann 22 Dawley, George 3 wks Dawley 88 Old Park, Henry 32 grocer & druggist Stretton Staffs, Rebekah 48 Dawley 7 Stone Row, John 27 son in law, no occ given, Beasley, Ann 25 dau Malinslee (family were called Jones)

Botts in Wellington Joseph 30 Stone Miner born in county Emma 45 born in county Sarah 11 mth born in county living at Beverley Sorry they're the only ones in Wellington. There was a Kezia Bott aged 20 a female servant in Madeley 1841

Sorry to take so long getting back to you both. I have checked all three transcriptions and no Nobles or Penns. There were two occurances of the name Allender Madeley 1841 Sarah 60 living at Ironbridge born in county Dawley 1851 William 50 forgeman born Monmouth Jane 41 born Dawley Edward 20 forgeman Dawley Henry 18 forgeman Dawley Thomas 15 forgeman Dawley Sarah Ann 11 scholar Dawley Harriet 9 scholar Dawley George 7 Dawley Eleanor 5 Dawley Address was 112 Forge Row

ooooo My g grandfather was born in Wellington. Iv'e been trying to find any info on his parents who where Thomas Noble b 1835 and Hannah Penn b 1834. I think hannah was born in whitchurch and Thomas was actually born in bramham in Yorkshire. My G granfathers name was John Henry and his wifes name was Elizabeth Jones. Can you find any info at all on Tom and Hannah? I have several other children of Tom and Hannah's.and several where born in Dawley Any Noble info would be brill . Thanks, Maria :)
