John Both births are on Ancestry but it doesn't give the parents names so you will have to order the certificates from GRO. The references are below so that you can order - if they are twins you will only need one certificate and that will give you both parents then we can find them on the census'. Armer, Thomas William 1903 March West Ham Essex Greater London 4a 61 Armer, Florence Lilian 1903 March West Ham Essex Greater London 4a 432 Hope that helps Andrea |

Hi, Is it possible for you to see if you could find a death for a Thomas kent. in Middx/London the last definate child I can find of his marriage to Eliza wilson was born in 1862 in Bethnal Green. By the 1871 census Eliza was a widow. Thomas was born c1833/6 and married in 1855. His first two children were born in Enfield. Thanks in advance. Lynn. |

Irene On the Census: There are 2 Louisa Wilkes aged 17 but neither of them have parents with those names. There is a Louisa Wilks aged 16 born Chelmsford and working as a servant in Mile End Town. There are a few Eliza Wilkes but none married to Jesse - plenty married to John. There is only one Jesse Wilkes but he is only 28 so it is unlikely to be him. There is a birth for a Louisa Mary Ann Wilkes in St Luke, London in 1849 but that's it. The 1871 census on ancestry is incomplete so it would be a good idea if you could give me the area then I can confirm if the census is likely to be there. Thanks Andrea |

Joanne The only possible on Ancestry is a marriage in Dec qtr 1854 in Kensington 1a 51. If this is a possible the certificate would give you the name of his father. On IGI there is a Friderick Brome Coleman christened in Sowton, Devon on 9 February 1834. His parents were listed as Jas Coleman and Mary. Hope that helps. Thanks Andrea |

Victoria There is nothing matching for Daniel Galbraith on Ancestry but there is a lot of entries for Annie Cooke, however, none of the are Scottish or Irish as Ancestry covers mainly England and Wales. Have you tried scotlandspeople 'dot' gov 'dot' uk? There is a good chance that they might have what you are looking for. Sorry Andrea |

Hi Andrea, Thanks for the offer, is there any chance you can find the marriage or anything on my relatives. My grandfather was born in Ireland in 1911 i have all his info but having problems tracing his parents, their names were DANIEL GALBRAITH and his wife was ANNIE COOKE. We believe they came from Govan, which is in Lanark/Glasgow Scotland, but at some point they moved to Ireland! at a guess I would say they were born anytime after 1865! If you can find anything i would be grateful. Thanks very much Vikki xx |
