Ann thanks for the offer. Would it be possible for you to look for the name SUTER in the Gosport/Alverstoke areas of Hampshire. I know there will be plenty of them in the Portsea area also, but it would be too great a task to ask for those. any info. would be gratefully received though. Many thanks. Jacqui |

Jackie The disc just gives date and place and sometime age. I will look for them on alverstoke and or Gosport first. (It may not be until tomorrow. There are two possibilities for burial in Alverstoke area. The parish church and after a certain date (I would have to check) St Annes cemetery Anns Hill Road which is where my Gt grandparents are buried.. I will get back to you. Ann Glos |

Hi Ann, Glad your `puter is feeling better! Could you possibly look up the names William Aylmer and George Aylmer for me,in the Portsea area? My g.g.grandfather appears to have had 2 fathers and I`m hoping one of the names will come up but not the other. If they both appear then it seems I`ll have twice as many ancestors to find!! Thanks, Rebecca |

Thanks Ann - I think the Peter Suter might be one of mine (same name as my brother by coincidence). Dont bother with the rest of the tribe - hell of a lot of typing and every liklihood they arent part of my tree anyway. Much appreciate your efforts - perhaps I can contact you again should I find a connection with the rest of the Suters? Thanks again. Jacqui |
