My relative was born in st lukes & named Kenneth. He was adopted at 7 months?? Any idea how I can find births from this hospital please??

could any1 possibly have a relation of the above name as she would be a relative of mine. my mother was addopted in 1947 and they lived at chorley common cottages in Milland Surrey.my mother was born in st lukes hospital Guildford.they then went onto the good shepherd home in haslemere. my birth mothers father was in the army in germany at the time.
