cant find on 1901 census

You know his parents' names? In 1881, there is this one born in Mile End with the wrong birthdate, and there are two with the right birthdate in different parts of London.

I have failed to find William Benjamin Adlington on 1901 census.His wife Alice and baby daughter show in Newport Mon, but cant find him anywhere.He was born Mile End London in 1874 but I cant find him on the English census either.He married in Newport 1898 to Alice Holley and reappeared again in 1910 Newport in a second marriage after his first wife died. Can anyone please look for him on 1901 census he must be somewhere, Thankyou Gerald.
