If they were born in 1870 they would have married about 1890. Four children brings the date to 1895ish so the census which may have them with four children would be 1901.

Do I have the place name correct? Is it in Wales.

There is also an Albert W Tranter married to a Clara who have four daughters and one son. Date of birth is 1873

Census is 1901, location Warwickshire. Only one I could find with lots of girls.

google Albert John Tranter and you will find a lot of inf including date of birth / marriage / children etc

incidentally Abergavenny Monmouthshire is classed on some sites as English and others as Welsh
