I have been researching the name Trundley for about 4 years. I have a lot of information on this Family, and would welcome any additional information that anyone would like to share. Back in the 1700's, the name appeared to change from Turnley to Trundley. Some other Family members also changed the name to Trundler (some of which went to the Sheffield area). First signs of the family 1705 are in Cambrideshire. (William Turnley) would love to where he came from previous to this. The families also moved out to Huntingdonshire, Co. Durham (Stockton, Hartlepool and Coxhoe), and London. The name is an unusual one and I am interested to hear from anyone, anywhere with connections to this name. |
