im trying to find details of alfred vaughan born around 1885 he married a may jones around 1918 rumours in the family have it he was adopted by a family member and born phillips i cannot find birth or marriage certificates can anybody help

Hugh vaughan .born llanbadarn y gerreg radnorshire 1833 lived in liverpool in 1871 with elizebeth and son james i cannot trace hugh after 1874 could anyone help record of death time and place anything would be greatfull

1851 hugh vaughan could anyone help please .he was born 1834 1833 llanbadarn y gerreg radnorshire i can only find him in 1841 and 71 cencus . i dont know why or what to do from here .
