Find Ancestors

hi can anyone offer advise please, I am trying to find Patricia Ann Vaughan. born 4th March 1952. mothers name Agnes Ellen Dickerson.
Patricia was adopted by my grandparents mable louise vaughan and joseph stanley vaughan on 6th October 1953 and obviously became a vaughan.
Ive managed to locate a birth record for her in the wisbeach area, however once she was adopted she lived with my grandparents in the thurrock, grays essex area.
Patricia left home at a very young age and no body really knew where she went.
im very interested to find out where she went and if she married or if i may have any cousins.
any ideas how i can proceed would be appreciated.

you can check for any marriage on Ancestry or any of the pay sites including Genes platignum.
Do you access to any of these?

unfortunately i dont have access at moment but did try searching for marriage on freebmd but without a year of marriage or even an area its impossible, thanks anyway

just had a quick look on Ancestry from c 1972 and I,m afraid theres loads with the same name .looked as Patricia A .
Unless you have some idea where she went then its a needle in a haystack I think
