Find Ancestors

I am trying to find Esau James Webb b1862 Grays (Orsett) Essex on the 1881 census, he often went be the name James Webb.

Here he is in 1871 living with his mother.

I also can find no trace of his mother after 1871.

Yes have been looking for a few years on and off. Have tried Ancestery and Family Search.

Do you know what his occupations was

His occupation was a dock labourer.

Should also have said in 1871 his father John b1834 was still living in Grays Essex with his other son (Esaus brother) William/John b1858.

I had a good look & nothing jumped out at me :o((

Easu's wife's maiden name was Crooks, and she also came from Grays
