Member Since: June 2003 Posts: 1 Send Message	would love any information known about George Fairfax Welch (my grandfather) who married Louisa Wiggley in the late 1800's and who lived in Victoria (possibly Ballarat area) Australia and had children named, George, Edith, Gladys, Harry, Alan Robert(my father) and Irene. I think George senior may have worked as a guard on the railways in the area, but died when my father was only 11, which was 1921. This is all I know of my family history and would love to find anything more, to pass on to my 4 sons.
