Bill James/ Sarah Ann White I am looking for details of my Great Aunt. She was born Sarah Ann Heudebourck in 1899. Her parents were Robert and Sarah Heudebourck. In 1902 her Father died and in 1903 her mother remarried Henry Alfred White. Shortly after she was either given Henry's sirname or was adopted. I have searched the marriage records and come up with four between 1917 and 1920. I remember, as a small child visiting her Mother (my Grandfather's mother, who was very old then) and she lived in Bethnal Green, just off Bethnal Green Road. I have been able to trace my Grandfathers family, with a great deal of help, but Sarah has eluded me. Anyone recognise a grandma???? Any help would be great. |
