Trying to locate descendants of ALICE MAUD WHITE who emigrated to Australia in the 1920s with her second husband WILLIAM MURRAY and their daughter WINIFRED (Winnie) and ELSIE, Alice's daughter from her first marriage. I think they settled around Frankston, at least I have photos of them taken in Frankston. Elsie had two daughters, Peggy and Bonnie and maybe a son Cecil. Alice was my great aunt and her sister Eunice was my grandmother. Alice may have also used the name MONTAGUE or BALLS as her first husband changed his name soon after marriage. Alice was born in Islington in 1879 and was the daughter of HENRY WHITE and MARY ANN WHITE formerly STEWART. Alice had two sisters, Eunice and Blanche and two brothers, Alfred and William. Jennifer. |
