Find Ancestors

I'm looking for the registration info for the marriage of William Woodgate to Elizabeth Peckham, January 1837 at Wateringbury Kent, so that I can order the certificate. Be blowed if I can see it on Free BMD. Can anyone assist please? I don't have Ancestry.

Registration didn't start until Sept 1837, so there will be no certificate.

Do you know the names of any of the children for Wiiliam and Elizabeth?

There are several possibles in census records and childrens names would help narraow the search.

I know Rosetta is defiinitely one (she's my great grandmother). I found a tree on Rootsweb which listed a swag of kids - 6 others. I believe William's parents to be John and Charlotte nee Norman and Elizabeth's to be Thomas (Packham) and Elizabeth nee Baldwin. I just like to get a second source to validate the info I already have. Hate finding out I've got the wrong one after I've put it on my tree.

Just re-read the LDS address. Good grief, my aunt (from the Woodgate/Peckham side) lives in Talbot St!! Not that Rocky is big, but still - that's amazing!
