Afternoon All,

Yes, glorious sun again and 22 degrees according to the car. I did my rock stint first thing, helped by a glass of fizzy pop and nearly finished that side now. The garden is beginning to look different at last. Couldn't do much today as the old back and knees said no more. OH was moving the gravel ahead of me and lifting out the rocks from the old edges.

We called in the garden centre down the road for a jacket potato and now I am off to Bounda*y Mill and Down*own garden centre if my legs still work!! lol OH has to write up some clerking notes.

What a shame for Ellen David, she must really be petrified. Could she try something like hypnosis. It must be awful to be that scared.

That was quite a nasty fall and jolt Jane.

Better be off now, OH wants to make a start on here. I'm looking forward to a 45 minute rest in the car.

Afternoon everyone,

David ,i do feel for Ellen i really do , i use to have to be knocked out with an injection as i was so scared of the dentist , i don't think they do that now , i suppose you'd have to go to the hospital to be put under, for several years i didn't go to the dentist ,then hubby changed dentist's and said you really should go ,so i went ,the lady dentist was really kind and now i have no fear at all in going, another thing i was taught was to tap myself about six times on certain areas of the body ,and it had to be in order ,starting with the head and so on ,and you keep repeating it until you go in to the dentist ,this was to help calm yourself down , as you were doing it you forgot about the dentist . might sound strange ,but it worked for me , you can also start this at home well before you go .
I do hope she's able to have the treatment that she needs and can overcome her fear .

Really warm here ,wall to wall sunshine ,infact it's to hot to sit in the sun without a shade !!!

Hi Every one , what a beautiful week , we have had .I see baby Lucy has decided it was time! congrats to all Anne.
Been really busy , not been on the comp much at all . Emily is now having a nap , hence I'm on here.
Had trouble with my hip , last 4 wks, had to have an xray yesterday , but they say its Osteoarthritis , lol , Im 42 , falling apart ! never mind . Hope you are all enjoying this lovely weather .

Would you believe it Scotland's getting the sun for the first time all week. but there's still a cool wind.
OH phoned from Crew and said it was 20, told him to get lost, but I am too polite on here, glad you are all enjoying the fine weather.

Well it is 5 o'clock already.What have I got done today? Not a lot lol
I did go and get the fish for Chester and fought the hordes in Tes**.I think the schools break up today so the beginning of the Easter Hols.I was just cooking the fish and rice when a little voice called "HELLO" through the patio door.It was Fitz with his lunch in a plastic bag and a chilled bottle of wine !.He is so funny lol.Anyway we sat out and chin wagged for ages .By the time he left his face was quite sunburnt.I must get Chris to put the canopy up on the Gazebo.I t was really almost too hot out there with no shade.

Poor Mags.Have you got any treatment for your hip or is it one of things you have to cope with! 42 does seem young for osteoarthritis .Have you got all your 3 home now for the Hols?

Hi Everyone
Just a quick message as having a busy day. Thanks for all the nice remarks re Lucy. Today she has openend her eyes properly and they are greeny brown. Hazel has blue eyes and very fair hair whereas Lucy has much darker hair so it will be interesting to see how she devopes. Am waiting for hubby to arrive in his new car which is an updated version of the old one.Then we are going out to an NSPCC social evening.

Anne ,my 2 were born with virtually no hair lol.I can't remember the eyes.But I always thought they were very different.I now see how alike they were when I look at their Christening photos wearing the same gown.I only know who is who by the colour of the icing on the Christening Cakes lol

LOL Mandy.Chester isn't too bad as there is a silencer on the gun.But I just try and make sure he is in .What was the name of that Cartoon character who used to try and shoot Bugs Bunny.He always missed .That's Chris lol.Was it Mr McGoo?
