Thank you Dereck you are a whole sky full of stars.The pre 1837 records I found by googling Eyam Parish records and there they were,all free,I havn't been doing research for very long, only since feb this year, I tend to take note of other peoples records but buy certs for confirmation. All my life I have felt rootless as we lived apart from the rest of the family so this is wonderful. As for Plague survivers, well, we are a humungous family,If I knew how to do it, I would let you into my tree, if your roots are in Bakewell, we may even be related!!! Luv for now, Nina |

Me again, Peter Blackwell and Ann Lomas were my gt gt grandparents and had at least six children, the youngest , Hannah, another one, was my gt Grandmother married to Walter Timm. Peter and wife moved to Sheffield for him to work in the coal mines. |
