James Wickens living 114 North End Fulham and see if they can make out the age given ?
There is a "something" covering the entry but another pair of eyes would be good

The James I am interested in was born 1873.

"Someone" has a tree with his brother Charles (born 1869 died 1876 age 7) on marrying in 1879 and fathering a child in 1880 .

I'd say 73, if you look down the page there is another 73 written and it looks the same?

As it gives occupation as "jobbing gardener" likely to be this one ?

Yes, I have all the rest in my tree but there are so many Wickens,nearly as bad as Smith and Jones :-D and there is another James still living in Newbury in 1939 so wanted to be sure I had the correct one !

It gives his birth date as 4th June 1873, but the address he is at is 36 North End Road. 114 is the schedule number and not the house number.
