Can anyone please advise on how to view a paid PDF..

Have tried various ways with the COL no and or dates placed and received Order

.........................also tried the mth & yr from & to for the Death

of the person.....all to no avail..

when i received my order this morning ....looked simple 'Go To My Orders Page'

was much easy from my email previously!!!! :-|

You have to put in the GRO nos

I find it easier to copy and paste that in

Don't repeat the COL letters just put in the nos

Its the date you ordered it from in the dates section

I've received a few over the past few days and not had a problem getting to them.

As instructed I logged in to the GRO site and clicked on "My orders".

Entered the COL reference number / year only.

Clicked on "Search", waited with bated breath and then they were there. It did take a few seconds, but there again my laptop is very slow these days.

Didn't need to bother with the start and end dates.
