	Sometimes you can get a bit of a blip, don't know why. Log out and in again, or try again tomorrow. If there's no improvement, email GR.

	GR email address in case you don't have it ............. But note they only work Monday-Friday, ca 8 or 8:30 am to 4 or 4:30 pm. Thye do say they will answer in 3-5 business days [email protected]
