WELSH ADDRESS - HELP PLEASE

Hi

Can anyone help me with a Welsh address please? it was handwritten on some paperwork dated 2008 but I'm not sure if it is correct / how it should be set out (ie what is a road name, town name etc) and I think the postcode may be incorrect.??

I've tried google but its not coming up with anything which is why I think the post code in incorrect. I have occupants name in 2008 if that helps??

ADDRESS GIVEN: Plas Coch Pistyll Nefyn Pwelhili Gwynedd LL53 60W (postcode may be wrong??)
