	Welcome to the boards, Jenny. You could try looking for your relative on "Search all member trees", under "Search" at the top right of this page. If you find a result for him, and if he is also the tree owner (at right of page), click "Find out more" and send a message to him. There's no guarantee that he will be able to receive or answer your message, though - for many possible reasons. He may have stopped looking at this site; maybe lost interest in family tree; maybe changed his email address without updating GR; the list goes on. Re your grandfather - give us some details and we'll see what we can find out about him for you. Name? DoB? Place? Names of parents/wife/children?
	Researching: Old genealogists never die.....they just lose their census.

	What was your grandfather’s name? When and where was he born? Was he married to your mother’s mother?
