Hi Ann I end up deleting each message individually that takes forever, don't know how to get rid of them all at once so will keep an eye on this thread. Cathy |

Hi, I think you just put a tick in the box on the right of the disgarded (unopened) hot match and then go to the bottom of the page and click on the save button.....so you sould be able to delete a page at a time at least! Best wishes |

Open it first to check, back page without discarding then tick the box if you dont want it. Work down the page then hit the button at the bottom to hide those you have ticked and dont want. This way you don't keep retunring back to page one which is what happens if you select discard from the open item. |

Ann I have just gone to my 'Ignored Hot Matches' (29 pages) and tried to delete them....I can't! I think it is only possible to delete from Hot Matches to the Ignored Hot Matches 'file' . There doesn't seem to be a way to delete from 'ignored' so they will stay until GR removes them or they introoduce a way for us to do it manually :( Maybe GR think we would want to, one day, trawl all our discarded matches to see if we had missed something?? Personally I think life is probably too short!!!!! LOL Chris Hope that makes sense. |
