At 7pm this evening I clicked the 'Export Tree' button to get a copy of my tree sent to my email address..... I am still waiting. Does it usually take this long?

I, stupidly it seems, thought it would be a few minutes. It was about 14 hours. Linda

Thank you for that too, Valerie. I have done it once before but my (former) computer crashed and as my membership is due to expire soon I thought I had better get my self organised. Plus I have Family Tree Maker but not really used it yet (have moved house twice since last August - great excuse!) so I thought I would give it another go. Thanks for your assistance.
