Just had a look. The Kiddle family had been lovingly recorded in the bible for decades. Then it ends up on Ebay - it is so sad. I just hope that it finds a good home.

I've checked the Kiddle and England families on Ancestry too. I agree it's sad that it may never be reunited with its family.

Bev Tom is talking about a family bible for the Kiddle family which is on sell through the ebay website. There is usually a few on sell on that site, so it's always worth a look. You never know you might find your family! A lady does put a list of those for sale on this board every so often hoping that someone will know the family. Rachel

Looby.....by adding a posting to someone's thread, but not saying anything in particular....you are ''bookmarking'' it, because you will then be able to find the thread again easily because it will now appear on the list of ''View Your Threads Only''.......Just like finding the page you got to in a book by sticking a bookmark in it! LOL - nor did I Looby! I usually say, ''Just posting here so I can find it again later''!! Didn't realise the technical term until a couple of days ago! Merry

I'm intrigued by the coincidence that somebody called Kibble was asking about family bibles at the same time Tom has put up his posting. You don't think the two of them are working together to boost interest in the sale do you? :-)
