and please tell me why there is anything wrong going over the same things again in case we spot something you didnt. I have no problems helping Joanne and you should not put people off helping her if they want to thats freedom of choice. |

The purpose of the post was to prevent people going over the same ground Emma-which is what has happened many times- I specialise in this sort of tracing- and have a lot of experience in this field. Ive already explained myself to karina, but im not going to do it again. This is my last comment on the matter. |

with all due respect christine im also helping joanne and she is at her wits end with this search. I am not complaining about helping her and I also have spent money which she has recently sent me a postal order for to reimburse costs. Obviously alter ego was having a bad day but that is no reason for the short tempered comments. I have no doubts he has helped you in the past but Joanne needs more help, why is that such a bad thing asking for it from anyone else??? Likewise im not judging on his helpfulness to other people just his comment on this page to Joanne |

Perhaps Alter Ego felt at tether's end after spending considerable time & effort (?and money/credits?) and getting the impression that any inconvenient outcomes (such as info simply not being findable) wasn't being taken on board. It is a rather abrupt message - and still on the board after some time - but I've normally found AE to be a very helpful person - so this is an exceptional reaction. As to whether or not it was justified, I don't have the evidence to make a judgement. Christine |

ive just read this posting and sorry if i sound confused but i am, alter ego your tone is unpleasing the poor girl sounds very upset and at the end of her tether. I have met some lovely helpful people on here and have never been spoke to like that before. What is this site coming to when you cant even ask for more help without being well and truly told off Anyway on another note, what can i do to help Joanne????? |

joanne, With all due respect I have spent hours of my time trawling through b4usearch ,192 ,tracesmart (which has everyone that is relevant that lives today in public records along with dob's to check against-paying for a personal search which couldnt make an exact match to your details) I have given you 3 leads-which you havent told me how they have got on-letters dont get answered straight away. Ive also given you details of a possible ex-wife which could help. I have explained to you that not everyone is on the electoral role or telephone directory. Myself and Sheila Molyneux have exhausted the records available. I also gave you personal advice at the beginning which you are ignoring by getting impatient- I really do wonder why I bother sometimes. |
