Can manage to get most other websites, but cannot get webpage up for Ancestry - could it be something to do with set-up of AOL broadband, firewall etc.?? You can probably tell, I haven't a clue what I am talking about - I only use the 'puter, don't know how it works! Is it something to do with cookies?

I used it earlier this evening and had no problems. It may have something to do with the firewall and you may have to reset your browser settings. Brian

For others who may wish to know - I have just found out that AOL (my new provider) is not very compatible with D Link wireless router! Apparently we can access most websites but not secure ones like Ancestry(what a pain!). AOL offer no help or technical advice other than buy another router which suits them at around £100. So, if we cannot re-configure the router tomorrow I'm going to cancel AOL and go back to Tiscali. Don't know if others are aware of this. I'm computer dumbo, but learning as I go, its so frustrating as I can't do my research.
