Oh, I never really take personally entries on IGI that sereiously, I prefer to go on BMD and census records. If you cant find their birhs on Birth Index and they are not on the census then assume that the info on IGI is wrong. Submitted entries on IGi from individuals are made under a bit of duress as they have to submit their family line before being accepted into the LDS???? Some would of course just make up the info just to be accepted. Suzanne |

You need to pinpoint the family in 1881...........when you've found them, post full details. What were the birth years for the parents? Reg |

Got original information from Family Search Org, and some kind folk on here found the death of three of them. I guessed the first Caroline died, but can find no record at all. |

Presumably the first Caroline died...have you checked the death records on Ancestry beta? You must have 'found' them somewhere.........which census is the last on which each of them appears? Reg |

Hi, I have lost two Caroline's. Parents are Thomas Diston and Jane both born in Gateshead. Married June, 1858 also in Gateshead. Had 8 children. Three died very young. Had two daughters named Caroline. Caroline-1864-Gateshead. Caroline-1877-Gateshead Cannot find anything for either of them Any ideas!!!! Thank you-Jennifer. |
