Like all personal records held by institutions they are subject to the 100 year rule. You could get newspaper archive material tho relating to the offence. Try the borough library if you know it Kat :) |

You need to know the name of the prison. I know earlier prison registers are with county records offices - not sure at what date they can be looked at, best check with the Home Office. nell |

Does anyone know if I would be able to access prison records for about 1931/1933. Probably in London or nearby. Thank you. |
