Not complete, a work in progress, but I was still able to break down a stubborn wall yesterday and find a few more family members. Index covers births, marriages and burials. Found my GGGrandfathers marriage details, which included bride and grooms names and ages, marital status at time of marriage, occ. of groom, witnessess, name of clergyman, and in some cases you also get the names and occupations of both grooms and brides fathers. Hi Rebs Thanks for reminding me about this site. I looked at it about a year or so ago, but there was very little available then. Now they seem to have added quite a bit to the database (takes a bit of thinking how to use it). Very glad to have been reminded. Take care Tina

*waves good morning back to Kat* Hiya Tina, I' ve spent two solid days -and night, on this site. Can't believe how much stuff I've found. Someone from the Wattle thread even suggested I change my name to Cheshire Cat, but I can't do that, it's already taken. lol!! So I've become alice instead. Jade, I've had no trouble getting into the sites homepage, but the database can be a bit iffy at times. Cheers folk, Rebs x

Interesting! Thank you for that. Not quite sure how I shall use it, but it's in my Bookmarks. Christine
