Do you mean that you found the same marriage record as I did, and assumed it was your people? Risky...........what you really need is the birth crt of one of their children. And I mean the hard copy, so that you know for sure what Esther's maiden name was............. Reg

The assumption that the marriage I posted is correct is based on your statement that the people you found in 1881 were as you named them. Do you have any hard evidence that Phillips was Esther's maiden name? Reg

hi im looking for information on esther phillips born in 1853 in penygroes, carmarthenshire. she married Evan jones in 1872. they had 5 children. I was wondering if anyone knows anything on her parents or siblings. thanks carrie
