Easiest is via the GRO website. If you can quote the GRO reference number,quarter and district,plus the name of course then it costs £7. Ordering takes a couple of minutes at most,but the popularity of Who Do You Think You Are means that there is a delay in receiving certs at the moment. Always make a note of which ones you have ordered,it saves the expense of ordering the same one twice. Some sites other than GRO can be used but the certs come from the GRO anyhow and you would pay a premium. Glen |

hiya, i have used my own local reg office, for local stuff, but certs from say london and elsewhere in uk have used GRO based in southport and ordered online. plus it only costs 7quid a cert. hope this helps Julie |
