I've noticed today quite a few entries with an 'x' by the side of the name. This is probably common knowledge but I'm not so sure of the reason. Does it mean the person with the mark was adopted? Many Thanks Helen |

The x just marks the position where a name has been omitted from the main list - you'll find the missing name at the bottom of the page, hand-written onto the sheet. Richard |
