I have come across mentions of Hugh Wallis for obtaining info. Can someone expand on what it is please. Also, I am having problems with the Mormon site and am unable to get any hits, is this because they are not available??? Kathlyn

http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb(.)com/~hughwallis/index.htm - (remove brackets) The hugh wallis site has listed all the batch numbers for each parish. on www.familysearch.org If you get no hits - its just possible your family's records haven't been transcribed yet

Some areas are unlikely ever to be on the IGI....a lot of parishes refuse permission for their records to be copied Reg
