What information would I find on this, would it have the age of the deceased? |

Hi Maureen The earliest death cert i have is 1850, info given on that is as follows: When & where died Name & Surname Sex, age, Occupation Cause of death Signature, description and residence of informant when registered Signature of registrar Hope this helps Julie |

Yes, it will have Introduction Heading Register Number Date and Place of Death Sex Age Occupation Cause Of Death Name and Surname of the Deceased Informant's Details Date of Registration Registrar's Signature this is from the excellent site: http://home.clara.net/dixons/Certificates/indexbd.htm put it in your favourites now, you won't regret it. nell |
