help with Annie Knight please?

Annie knight married Jospeh Rose in 1881. Before that I have her as a lodger in the 1881 census, aged 19, living as a lodger at Joseph's mothers house (5 Back of Claremont BDGS, Heath Road, Harborne). Her year of birth is given as 1862 and place of birth as Birmingham. The marriage cert shows Joseph Knight as her father. I just cannot find her before 1881. She must be with her family somewhere. Can anyone help? Mandy XX
