Elly, not sure what you are trying to do. Are you are referring to the 'print to file' box in the print dialogue box? This sends the data that would normally go to the printer to a file on the hard drive. You can't open it in Windows, it only makes sense to the printer. ( there are uses for this but it's complicated ). If you are trying to save a copy of your tree save to Gedcom and open and save in a family tree program. Bob |

Does anyone know what to do to print the genes tree to file? Do you have to specify what format as I've done it but unable to view the file afterwards? Thanks, Elly |
