Family Tree Viewer software - what is it?

The family tree viewer which Genes Reunited is currently using is pretty good - horizontal layout drop-line with only the focus relations showing but all available with one click in the required direction and full details available in the window under the view-pane. Just what I want to use off-line. Anybody know what the underlying software is and can it be downloaded to use locally before uploading the finished gedcom?

Not sure what program it is, maybe one they had written especially for the site. Perhaps you should try emailing them direct and ask. T x

Tried familysearch - its just the LDS PAFprogram - tried that a l o n g time ag, and it bears little resemblance to the software running on GR Family Tree. Anyone at GR care to point me in the right direction?

OK - GR team emailed, and it is only available for on-line use. They HAVE had interest in an off-line version and ARE considering it. So - any of you who wish you could use the GR Tree Editor locally rather than on-line, email the support team and let them know you are interested. And Joan of Archive - that is the best name yet.....
