Pete, You will never know how much you have helped me with this family. The John James was my gg grandfather and I have been stuck on it for ages. My problem is mostly I just don't know yet where to look. Thank you again.

Thank you Pete. I'm presuming William sen. died before 1841 and William jun at age 17 had left home. I tend to presume a lot. Sometimes I'm even right.

I have the DFHSThree Towns Cd which contains transcripts of the baptisms (1813 - 1839) for the area. I will look for HUBAND entries and repost later Pete

Please can anyone help me with this. I have 1851: Census Plymouth St. Andrew, Devonshire. Agnes Huband Head W 56 Laundress Ugborough DEV John Huband Son U 18 Mason Stonehouse DEV Address Bath Street 14 Plymouth. Can anyone find Agnes and husband William in 1841. I'm trying to find other children. Also don't know what happened to John's father, William. I'm fairly certain there is another son, William b abt 1824. Don't know of any other children. John went to Australia in 1855 but I have a 1881 census for London, Middlesex and believe this is linked. Thanks.
