Help, cannot find william jesse after 1881

Have been trying all day to find Willam Jesse Brown but to no avail in the 1881 census hes down as Jesse and hes a tin plate worker i found a birth for him 1861 jul-sept william jesse brown kings norton 6c 402 ive tried the death index as well and i found one for a william in 1892 but i dont know if its my william. many thanks, |

hi esta, yes hes listed with his mother and siblings in 1871: sophia brown head 1821 rowley regis no occupation harborne amos brown son 1852 harborne gardener martha brown 1859 harborne scholar william jesse 1861 harborne scholar 1881 sophia brown head rowley widow income from small houses court oak road philip brown son unmar clay mould cutter martha brown dau unmar talioress jesse brown 1861 unmar tin plate worker the william bit is missing from the census |

Hi, the one you have found in 1891 and 1901 isnt him im afraid, Williams father was amos brown born abt 1813 in rowley regis, he left the family i presume after william was born, i found amos with my grt grt grandmother in 1871 and they have 2 children at that point i have found williams brother phillip and his sister martha up to 1901 and wanted to try and find the others in the hope i can find any living descendants. |
