Please could someone tell me what a WHITESMITH was ? My GR GR Grandfather was recorded with this Occupation in 1851 in Cheshire Thanks Ellen. |

Hi, Taken from a quick google search http://www(.)thefreedictionary(.)com/whitesmith One who works white metal. One who does finish work, such as polishing, on iron. [white + (black)smith.] Cheers Paul |
