Hi There's someone else on this site researching the same family as me. They have come up on 'Hot Matches' aswel as 'Shared Trees' and I've e-mailed them twice but not got any reply. This could be my first big break so naturally I'm disapointed. What, if anything, should I do now? Lyndsey

You cannot do a thing, other than wait or keep emailing. It's happened to most of us I'm afraid. People put family trees here and lose interest I guess, if they change email addresses they will not get a notification that someone is trying to contact them. It's really FRUSTRATING..............

Just keep waiting. I once had a reply after more than 8 months, from someone who doesn't use the site very often, so you may still get a reply one day. Kath. x
