It would be useful for GR to allow you to scroll beyond 15 pages rahter than guess what might be a word in a topic title...... :(

Hi Guys, Many thanks for all members who have taken the trouble to explain 'nudging' and for the suggestion of typing 'nudging' into the Search box - this gave me more on the subject, and was a great help. I have a great deal of knowledge when it comes to researching for ancestors, but am quite thick when it comes to my PC and message boards etc. I can now inform all concerned that I don't feel quite so dense anymore! David

Dave You aren't dense. You can't know something until you know. But if you are puzzed by any terms on these boards, you can often just put the term in the search box and it will show you all the threads about (for example) nudging. These questions get asked regularly and it would be helpful if GR had a 'how to use the boards' section which a) was more prominent and b) useful. nell
