how long for certs??

i had hoped to receive them today and i dont think there is any postal deliveries over easter and i shouldn't think that staff at gro will be working till tuesday next week so i suppose it will be end of next week - i hope. love linda x x ps i will defo remember to keep ref no in future !!!

I got certs that were due to be sent out 6th April on the 6th and one on the 7th April Jeanette

I ordered one yesterday (11th) and was given an estimated despatch date of 8th May, so I don't think things are noticeably improving! Helen

I had 2 due for dispatch 10th April, one arrived last Sat and the other yesterday. so seems they are getting a bit quicker :)

The first certs I sent for took over a month. I had just send an eamail to the gro asking when I might receive them and they arrived that day! Their first reply to me was a very general one so you might not have much luck even with reference numbers! I'd just be a bit more patient - and of course next time you'll keep the reference numbers won't you? Jean

Hi isent off for 7 certs on the 14th march and received on on the 6th april but no sign of the others. i did a stupid thing and didnt keep ref numbers of the orders. i did them on line on the gro site. how long do they usually take? can i chase them without a ref no. ? thanks linda x x
