	It's not easy!! Generally you have to know EXACTLY where and when an event happened to get a cert. There is a thread on here with lots of info about Spanish Family History .....if you type, ''Spanish Genealogy'' into the thread search box and look at the thread by Kevin Norton, this might give you some ideas.
