Hello, I think I have found the marriage. John Fenn married Elizabeth Bessey on 6 August 1810 at Great Yarmouth (Parish 703). Ages were rounded down on the 1841 Census so they could have been slightly older. This information came from a CD Rom and is all the information I have. Cheers, Horatia |

hi horatio, do i take it that you are a norfolk bloke ?. i,ve seen the fenn/bessey marriage entry, am wary of it because of the age, date disrepancy, they would have been 15yrs when they married and, why such young children in the 1841 c. ? |

Hi Ed, It's HoratiA not HoratiO. Horatio Nelson had a daughter called HORATIA but everyone calls me Horatio!!! (Tee-Hee). As you say, this couple might not be your John and Elizabeth but they were the only ones that matched for names on the CD. I have lots of Norfolk people on my family tree! Have you checked on Ancestry BMD beta for the marriage? Cheers, Horatia |
