Sounds as though your uncle may have been a Civil Servant. There is no other connection between the two organisations. It was the War Ministry, incidentally. Regards Keith |

My great uncle worked at above . How would I find out details about him -also believe he worked at Customs and Excise-is there a connection? Thanks , Ros |
