Hi Tom, email Scotlandspeople customer service dept. If they can help they will - and quickly. If the image is so bad it can't be viewed then you may well have your credits refunded. You can also enlarge the image, sometimes that helps. Good luck, CW

Hi all, I have a death cert but cannot read the father's surname. I've just taken the plunge and bought some credits on Scotlands people thanks to someone on reocrds office finding my family in 1881,******************If anyone could PM me their address I could e-mail them it.************ Thanks.
