im trying to trace my french connection to my family but dont know where to start i have an BAPTASTE ALFOUNSE CAROEN born about 1870 who married my great great grandmother called Jane Barclay also born about 1870 she was scottish and they married in scotland i dont know why he came to scotland but would like to find out about his family any suggestions would be grateful thanks michelle |
