There's a National Archives online info sheet on this: www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/catalogue/RdLeaflet.asp?sLeafletID=176&j=1 but you don't need to do anything legal to change your name, you can just change it. nell

Hello, Anyone know if it's possible to find out a person's name before they changed it by deed-poll? Thanks, Andy
