Familyrelatives solution please Anyone else having trouble loggin in? Each time I log in it times me out have tried twice this week same thing each time. I still can't get into the site it keeps saying timed out. I can't even e-mail them with the problem. Can someone go on the site and ask them what the solution is? I looked for a phone number but all they have is an address I have to be somewhere soon so will check back later,hopefully someone can give me the solution

Hi Pauline, they normally say this is a cookie problem. Have you enabled cookies to the max on your computer? Ive also mailed them asking what other problems can cause timing out. When I get a reply I will post it for you.

Thanks Heather Went into internet tools could not find any cookies listed,I guess that is where they would be? I have this new computer and had a whole lot of trouble with the Norton software so I removed it

I tried to find a phone number for you but there wasnt one there is an email link though did you try that or dont you stay on long enough???
